Mod Podge Matte Waterbase Sealer, Glue and Finish can be used as a glue for paper fabric and other porous materials. It is used as a sealer for wood, paper and functions as a painting medium for water-based paint. It can be applied as a finish for printed material decoupage and fabric. It can be sanded to a smooth finish and cleans up easily while wet with soap and water. Certified AP non-toxic; waterbase.
