New Website - What's Changed?

customer accounts - you can now login to a dedicated customer area.  this will enable you to save multiple delivery and billing addresses, view previous orders and reorder easily

wishlists - you will now be able to save all your favourites across several wishlists to return to at a later time - make a wishlist for every occasion or organise them by project!

 gift certificates - not sure what to buy for someone?  send them a gift certificate, straight into their inbox.  you decide the spend and we'll do the rest!

shop for as little or as much as you need!  we can now offer a larger number of items in individual packs so that you can buy one by one, so if you only need one pendant tray or one piece of glass, you no longer have to buy a pack of ten - you can buy just the one!  

 and prices have not changed - items in packs of 10 are still the same price as on our old website!

wholesale discounts - almost every item in our new website now has quantity discounts built in, so if you need to buy a larger number of one item you can automatically take advantage of our wholesale discounts without having to get in touch to ask for an invoice! 

 wider choice of items - our new website allows us to sell lots more items, so we'll be listing products more frequently, with the aim of having a full range of jewellery making materials available very soon

accurate billing - we now supply our own invoices with every order.  no more paypal packing slips!

 wider choice of payment options - you can now pay directly with your credit or debit card, without needing to go through paypal, although paypal is still an option. our new site is of course also fully pci compliant

do you live near to us in south london?  order your items for next day collection at the shop!  this way you can still take advantage of all our discounts that are only available online

we are now offering a new economy delivery option for UK customers

and receive automatic free economy delivery for UK orders over £50

with our new website you can now get real-time order status updates, so not only will you receive an email that lets you know how your order is progressing at each stage, you can also now login to double check

you can now keep your shopping basket if you need to step away from your computer for a while - our carts will now save for a few days

a powerful behind-the-scenes engine to run things smoothly, one which allows us to list an unlimited number of products and run all sorts of fun events!

 …er, will anything stay the same?? yes, us! our crafty team, the service we offer, the speed of shipping, and our willingness to help will not change. we are still here and ready to help you make the most of your visit
